Steven Moffat, the producer of Doctor Who confirmed in a 21st March 2012 press meeting that Coleman is set to play Matt Smith's castmate following the departure of Karen Gillan left. Moffat chose her for the part because she was most successful with Smith as well as speaking faster than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model.
