Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of taking part in elite contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she placed third. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
